China CDC hereby declares that no act of plagiarism or theft of data had been conducted by Dr. Shao Yiming and his associated authors for the journal article "Antiretroviral therapy to prevent HIV transmission in serodiscordant couples in China (2003-11): a national observational cohort study", published in the scientific journal "The Lancet".  The article and authors have complied with relevant requirements for academic publications.
