【Abstract】　Objective 　To construct infectious Japanese encephalitis virus (J EV) based on the in vitro2ligated cDNA template of the vaccine strain SA1421422 , and identify the virus1 Methods 　Full2length genomiccDNA of J EV SA1421422 strain was ligated and then RNA was transcripted in vitro ,the infective virus was obtained by transfecting the RNA into Vero cells and identified1 Results 　The infective clone of J EV was constructed ,the virulence was weaker than the wild virus1 Conclution 　It was possible toconstruct infectious clone from the production strain of live attenuated Japanese B encephalitis vaccine.
