TI:Survey of pollution status by 3 pathogens in some foods in Puyang

Abstract : In order to know the status of the food pollution of Puyang , the pathogens of foods in this city were investigated according to a monitoring program of food contamination of Henan Province. 261 samples of 4 types of foods , including raw meats , vegetables , cooked foods and raw milk were collected and studied. Three genera including 27 strains of pathogens were detected. They were 11 strains of Salmonella (412 %) , 9strains of Listeria monocytogenes (314 %) and 7 strains of O157∶H7 E1coli (217 %) . Salmonella consisted of 6 strains of S1enteritidis , 3 strains of S1 agona and 2 strains of S1 derby . All of the 7 strains of O157∶H7 E. coli were enterotoxigenic E. coli ( ETEC) . The detection rates of pathogens in the samples of raw meats , vegetables , cooked meats and raw milks were 1713 % , 1415 % , 413 % and 316 % respectively. The results suggest more attention should be paid to the contamination of Listeria monocytogenes and O157∶H7 E.coli , and the monitoring capacity of local CDC should be reinforced so as to recognize the change of the sero2 logical type of the 3 most common pathogens and types of contaminated foods in time.
